THE MENU

Monday: Spinach + Feta Rolls | Baked puff pastry with spinach, feta, leek, egg and thyme filling. With roasted broccoli, sweet potato and brown rice salad.

Tuesday: Beef Ragu | house-made tomato sauce, sauteed greens and parmesan.

Wednesday: Roasted Pumpkin Brisket Soup | Roasted pumpkin soup cooked in beef broth with melting beef brisket, chickpea croutons and house-made labneh.

Thursday: Schnitzel! | Almond crusted chicken schnitzel with slaw and nutty mayo.

Friday: Winter Slaw Bowl | Slow poached chicken, roasted greens, roasted pumpkin, roasted beetroot, feta.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Orders close at MIDDAY Sunday, for Monday’s delivery run.
  • Delicious meals delivered Monday and Thursday.
  • Meals are made in Sydney from the freshest wholefood ingredients. No preservatives, no refined sugars, no fillers, no soggy salads.
  • What to expect? Real food, made with love, fresh produce, flavour, a new outlook on how fun healthy food can be.
  • Delivery will be between 9am and 1pm (by approx 9.30am at Vision Personal Training). If you need a specific delivery time, leave a note in the comments and we’ll try our best to accomodate you.

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Check out the menu tab or in the image to the left.
  2. Choose what you’d like to order: Lunch, bliss balls, smoothies or all three.
  3. Select the quantity you’d like to order.
  4. Click ADD TO CART and follow the prompts.
