- 2 avocados
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp red onion, chopped fine (optional)
- 1 tbsp coriander, roughly chopped
- Chilli flakes
- Dried oregano
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Taste test and adjust if needed.
- The flavour builds over time, I like to let it rest for 10 minutes or so, because let’s be honest 10 minutes is already long enough.
