How to make apricot jam – as a side note, I’ve been hacking the jam making lately and cooking down my fruit in a pot with 1/2 cup water and a few tablespoons of coconut sugar. It’s really just a compote, but I’m going to call it a cheats jam.
I’ve been making a lot of ghee lately too. So good on roasted veggies.
