THE MENU: 25 - 29 September

Monday:  Falafel | Chickpea falafel, sweet potato and veggie tabouli, hummus.

Tuesday: Dhukka Chook | Dhukka crusted crunchy chicken, shredded slaw, chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, super greens dressing.

Wednesday: Lou’s Nasi Goreng | the good old favourite, with brown rice, shredded chicken, topped with a soft boiled egg.

Thursday: Mushroom Trio | ​Mixed sautéed mushies, pearl barley, sourdough croutons, leek, thyme and pan fried haloumi.

Friday: Beef Burger in a Bowl | Herbed beef patty, sweet potato chunks, cheddar, mustard, salad essentials. With a house-made tomato sauce and a slice of Organic focaccia bread.

Super Choc Smoothies | House-made coconut milk, cacao powder, banana, cashews.
Salted Chocolate CRUNCH balls | Blended with dates, cashews, buckwheat, coconut and Himalayan salt.

Good Morning Granola Pot | House-made walnut and buckwheat granola mix with vanilla spiked yoghurt and fresh seasonal fruit.

  • Delivery will be between 9am and 1pm (by approx 9.30am at Vision Personal Training). If you need a specific delivery time, leave a note in the comments and we’ll try our best to accomodate you.
