Hey, I’m Lou

I’m a Kitchen Coach who not too long ago was kitchen clueless. It was only 2008 when it took me 3 hours to make a batch of corn fritters.

I’d get so overwhelmed trying to follow a recipe to perfection, my guests would get annoyed and have to kick me out. But where there’s a will there’s a way and I taught myself to cook and launched Lunch Lady Lou.

I bought the concept of Healthy Lunch Delivery to Sydney’s CBD back in 2013. Each week from my tiny kitchen I cooked hundreds of simple healthy meals, without a recipe and hand delivered all over Sydney’s CBD to busy women and businesses.

Through this work I found a way to quickly create meal ideas that didn’t require recipe research and planning. This signature style is what I love to teach because home cooking is hard when you lack cooking foundations (almost everyone does). If I could go recipe-less feeding hundreds per day/week, I can teach you these same skills to feed 1, 2 or your family.
