Coconutty Greens Pasta (as featured on Vogue.com.au

Here we go messing with the Italian tradition a little bit for big results. 

This pasta is gluten free and dairy free, it can be vegetarian too by swapping out the meat for a few extra Spring greens.

it’s just so yum. Coconut yoghurt can really work wonders with a little bit of salty-ness and a good squeeze of lemon.

We buy quality spicy beef sausages from our butcher. They’re made onsite from quality meat and add such a nice salty spicy flavour.

This dish is fast, so prep everything beforehand and line it up on your chopping board. I find once I get in the flow of chopping, it becomes faster and easier – instead of chopping / cooking / chopping. The cheffies call this mise en place. Which translates to putting in place…. I love that. Will a little mise en place – dinner can be ready in about 15 mins depending on the ingredients you use.
