Roasted. Lightly salted. With a touch of sweetness. Made in 15 minutes. 

Maple Roasted Macadamia’s

Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia’s

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or yacon syrup, rice malt, raw honey)

  • Pinch of sea salt

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. In a pan, melt your coconut oil and maple syrup

  3. Add salt

  4. Whisk to combine

  5. Add nuts to pan and coat in coco/maple mixture

  6. Line a baking tray with baking paper

  7. Transfer nuts to tray and spread evenly

  8. Place tray in oven for 10-15 minutesCaution – they will brown fairly quickly

  9. Remove from oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes

  10. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
