Vogue Guest Recipe Post | An Instagram-worthy rainbow bowl
The lovely team at Vogue have invited me for a 5 part lunch series. I’ll be sharing some super simple and DELICIOUS recipes you can prep for your busy week of work.
This veggie rainbow bowl recipe is delicious, bright, colourful and makes me happy just looking at it. So much so that Vogue themselves have crowned it ‘Instagram-worthy’. The salad is vego, but you could swap out the perfectly soft boiled egg for some lamb, salmon or chicken.
As a side note: people often ask me how I get my veggies so finely chopped. I use a Benriner Mandoline (No.3) – you can buy them from Victoria’s Basement.
